From I35 coming from the north or the south, take the 4th Street exit in Moore.  (4th Street is 134th when you cross into Oklahoma City.)  Be careful as this is a older intersection.  Go west on 4th.  4th will become 134th as you cross Santa Fe. Eastlake is on the south side of 134th approximately 3/4 of a mile past Santa Fe.  Look for sign.

From I44 take the 134th Street, Highway 37 East (to Moore) exit and go east on 134th Street. Cross Western Ave (McDonald on NW corner) and Eastlake Church approximately 1/4 mile on the south side. Look for the sign.
